We gather at Cineplex Odeon (behind the Aberdeen Mall)

The first step is finding us. The Bridge gathers at the Cineplex Odeon (behind Aberdeen Mall). As you approach the movie theater you will see a large sign on the steps out front.

We have plenty of parking (the entire mall parking lot). After you find a place to park, come on in through the glass front doors (just like you would for a Friday night night movie). Once inside, you will be greeted by a friendly person. They will give you a worship bulletin, point you towards some coffee, and answer any questions you might have. If you have children, we have three exciting environments for them.

* Kidmo' - is an age appropriate, image centered, creative environment for children K - grade six.
* LilK - is an amazing place for ages 4-6 years old. They are engaged in crafts, video, and games.
* Nursery - our nursery is a safe and fun place for your children.

We value you and your family. Please know that all of our children's ministry environments are staffed by loving volunteers. Every volunteer has gone through RCMP background checks. We have taken the necessary precautions to insure the safety of your children. Upon checking your child in, you will need to fill out an information form. Upon leaving, you will need to sign them out. We do not allow children to check themselves out. They must be checked out by a parent.

Bottom line, we love your children and want to provide them an amazing environment to learn the greatest story ever told. We also desire to provide you, the parent, an opportunity to relax and engage in our worship gathering.

Relaxed

You will quickly notice that The Bridge is very laid back. We are an easy going group of people. None of us takes ourselves too seriously. Our goal is for you to feel relaxed too.

Creative

We use different creative elements in our worship gatherings (most of the time). Our worship environment may involve different elements of video, music, spoken word, silence, and prayer.

Music

Our music is usually led by a small band. There are no performers, just people wanting to engage the heart of God. Our musical style is somewhat eclectic. That is, we sing modern worship songs, traditional songs with new arrangements, and modern-day hymns. The style varies from acoustic folk/country to heavier lead/electric.

Message

After a time of music, Pastor Donnie will speak from the Bible. Donnie has a unique way of taking the truth of Scripture and relating it to life today. We primarily go through books of the Bible (not all in one day of course). From time to time, we will focus on a topic. However, that topic will be addressed within the context of Scripture. The messages are usually engaging, informative, motivating, and life changing.

Feel free to take notes during the message. You may even want to write down some questions that you need cleared up. If you don't have a Bible, don't worry. We always put the words of the Scripture up on the large movie screens.

Offering

We typically do not pass an offering plate around. We do, however, have a basket that is intended for regular attenders to place their offerings in.

Connection Card

You should've been given a worship bulletin upon entering the theatre. Inside this bulletin you will find a connection card. Please fill this out and drop it in the offering basket.
